The Preferred package is Frontpoint’s most robust bundled equipment selection, and it’s an ideal starting point for larger homes that need more protection. Note that a slightly more expensive monitoring plan is required to access all of Frontpoint’s video streaming and storage features.
Once you’ve set up your Frontpoint system and have it armed, if your alarm is triggered or the sensors are tripped, a monitoring specialist will be notified and will reach out to you to verify the alarm. If needed, the authorities will be contacted and dispatched.
Frontpoint uses Alarm.com’s mobile app, which has a 3.5 star rating in the Google Play Store and 4.5 star rating in the Apple App Store.
