What is ADT Pulse?
ADT Pulse is like the heartbeat that brings together your ADT security system and smart home devices, all in one mobile app. Currently, ADT refers to the Pulse app as the ADT mobile app but they are one in the same.
From a high-level view, the ADT Pulse app allows you to manage your home security system and smart devices from your phone. You’ll also receive notifications and can even customize the app’s dashboard.
In order to use Pulse, you must already have a Pulse-compatible system installed in your home. ADT can run a service check to verify your system is Pulse-Compatible. If your system is not compatible, you can upgrade to ADT’s Command technology.
