About the Brita 35507 Water Purification

Refreshing, filtered water appears effortlessly with the Brita water purification pitcher and requisite filter. This classic model featuring original round shape houses the exceptional filtration process found in all Brita pitchers. Lowering levels of sediment and chlorine--evident to the nose and mouth--enhance water taste while health concerns are addressed by reducing copper, mercury, and up to 98% of lead commonly found in tap water. After briefly soaking filter cartridge; remove lid, insert filter at base of top water reservoir, and fill with tap water. Waiting a few minutes produces clean refreshing water. Each filter purifies 40 gallons before needing replacement; approximately two months in average households. Clear canister allows visibility for water level monitoring.
